Makinarya at Kaalaman

Humubog ang panahon ng teknolohiyang aking kinagisnan

Lapis at ballpen sadyang may katalasan

Ngunit ano itong bumabagabag sa aking isipan

ang kamunghaan ng kapaligiran nakatuon sa pagpindot ng kaalaman

Teknolohiya at elektrisidad sangkalan ng kamunghaan

Asan ang aklat na aking kinamulatan

ang paglipat ng lukot na pahina sa hustong kagamitan

Araw ng paghiram lumampas sa aking talaan

Paglipas ng panahon ako pa rin nama'y natuwa

lumawak ng husto ang pahina nuong tinamasa

Nagalak sa labis na impormasyon sa isang pindot lang

Nainis, nalungkot, naluha at nawala

Aba ako pala'y komokonekta na sa ibang bansa

Iniba man ng paraan

Tinuon sa ibang kahalagahan

Pagkuha ng kaalaman ko'y pareho lang

Huwestion at responsableng isip syang sangkalan

Life Run

Timing, striding, perspiring

breathing as my chest burst

pushing more and more

mind contrarily relaxes

Chin-up, focused eyes

hands and feet engaged

each swing flashes memories

clearing thoughts through sweating

Whether under drizzle or the stinging sun

event of exhaustion keeps calling

run has eluded the smoke

bringing life once more

kudos to this fantastic quest

Train Ride

8:05 PM still standing and waiting

I can ride this train

but I welcome the wait

rushing seeps mistakes

Not a matter of what's here

what's within reach

preference, inference

the hand grasps the mind

The wait, the anticipation

closing and opening

crossing paths

here then gone

Watching, smiling

yes this is mine

stepping on each tile

looking at my feet fidget

Orange light on sight

here it comes

checking my bag, check

my step passing over the gap

Alas inside the train

this train,this ride

this travel goes on now

ticking of the clock starts

I wonder where's the next stop

Kiss and Tell

Big brown eyes widen

what he said

why she said

smirks...

Nothing

ah ok

good he said

girl frowns

Pause and listen

stop and observe

anger, frustration

walks faster

Thinks why

coz its like that

poor me, girl thinks

me again? boy puzzled

Two lines skewing

different planes

wall of words

it could stop

Inertia is good

work things out

if you decide

if you compromise

Kissing isn't always sweet

opposite attraction

requires effort

life long decision

Happiness-not a choice

decision to be happy

seek acceptance

in loving--
